How I feel about friendships:
Friends are there when no one else is,
Friends protect you,
Friends are your voice when you can't speak,
Friends share their dreams with you,
Friends never tell others your weakness,
Friends celebrae you,
Friends tell you when you're wrong,
Friends (good ones) are hard to find...
Tip of the day: If you have a good friend...value them, treasure them!

As for friends: I wholeheartedly agree with your statements... but would also like to add that good friends should be willing to help even if they aren't able. I have not had many friends in my life but there are some that I think of as family. One thing that I learned that some friends don't grow with you, but it doesn't mean that you were never friends but that they served a purpose at a time in your life. I cherish all the friendships that I have had and appreciate those for the friendship we shared and the fact that even though we have grown apart I will always be grateful for those friendships.

Thats a good advice. I try and value my friends but I cannot say same gesture is returned ... but I have also learnt to not hold any grudges. You look lovely in this color. The pictures got me concerned about where you are standing. I hope it was not too close to the edge! (:

I agree, friends are very hard to find. I cherish the relationship that I have with my bestie we have been friends for 14 years now and I look forward to the continued growth of our friendship.

I like yr site! Great sandals - off to find me a pair! I tried to apply your list to certain women that I know. I guess I'm friendless. I know I'm a good friend but none are ever willing to be selfless. The other day I took "my friend" - known her since I was 6 - to a car dealership to get a car for her son. How in the heck did she leave the dealership 8 hours later with a $35,000 note for herself, no cash to put down on the vehicle (she asked to borrow $1,000 on my visa). It's always me loaning her $ or letting her use my visa. 2011 total she borrowed on my visa was approx $15,000! I'm tired of it.
