Today is truly a day of mourning. Not only has life been a major emotional roller coaster recently but to add to it there has been great tragedy and loss. Tomorrow is not promised.
I’m so sad about what happened to those people in Haiti . I wish there was something I can do to help. Text “yele” to 501501 and you can donate five dollars and it will be charged to your bill. Hope you keep them in your prayers as I will.
And to add to everything we lost the very talented one and only Teddy Pendergrass. I loved his music. Rest in peace, TP. Definitely recommend checking out some of his hits to those of you who don’t remember. Considering the mood, today I didn’t feel like getting dressed at all. When feeling this way, wearing all black will never lead you wrong. Not only will it complement your mood but it adds a bit of swag. Black is always classy and can promote different attitudes. It could be all gangster, elegant, classy, a sign of mourning or all of the above. Take time out to pray for those less fortunate… God bless you. |
