This week was the best week I’ve had in a very long time. I ‘m finding myself appreciating the smaller things in life in thought more and more everyday. I cherish the people around me that allow me to be myself which allows me to grow into whatever God has planned for me, even if mistakes are made in the process. Prayer changes things in our lives and with the right people around to pick us up when we fall life couldn’t be any better.
The really amazing part of my life is God’s grace! He has extended his grace on my family and I can’t praise him enough. God gives us all grace, it just takes adversity to notice sometimes.
Tip of the day: “You friendship with God will develop when you learn to desire his friendship more than anything else”…

The WORD and FASHION! Words can't really express, truly how much I truly appreciate your blogging! So many times, women who are of Faith are portrayed as either stuffy/boring plain janes or matronly do-gooders.
On my faith walk, I struggled to find a niche for someone like me (>25 but under 45) who craves FASHION, loves my man and my family but still enjoys applying the biblical principles while partaking in the things that interest me. I can clearly recall my sis-in-law saying "What would HE say about you wearing 5inch heels and that skirt above your knees". And to her I replied "HE knows my heart." Enuff Said 🙂

i've been appreciating the little things a lot more lately too. this semester in school is rough, but somehow i find myself abnormally calm 80% of the time b/c at the end of the day i realize what ppl have been claiming for years…"too blessed to be stressed"
