Nothing shows a persons true colors more than when the greed of money comes into play. Associates, friends and even family show their true colors when money becomes apart of the equation. Recently I was able to stand on the outside and look in and see where money played a big part in the separation between a family. The way my friends family reacted to the financial situation when someone in their family passed was really a eye opener. I see more and more how cut throat people are when it comes to the greed of a dollar.
There are other things more important in life than money. You should never jeopardize your relationship with your family or friends for money, but people continue to sell their soul for material items. I like nice things but I would never hurt anyone physically, emotionally or mentally to get it.
Tip of the day: God will always supply your needs, no need to fight over money…
Wearing: Vintage silk cardigan, New york and company lace top, Urban Outfitters jeans, CL heels, Marc Jacob bag.
Love love love those shoes!! So true…money def can tear a family apart 🙁
Such a simple thing but yet generation and generation have fought with friends and family over money! We are all greedy for something or the other 🙂

Beautiful Tanya!!
Love the shoes with the white jeans!
I agree about money. I've seen first hand how destructive money can be, especially when it comes to a dead person's estate. It's tragic.
Love your jeans and shoes!!!!! So true about money.
Love the color palette! I like urban outfitter jeans.. They fit cute and they're not that expensive.

Hey babe, I love the outfit as usuall. Last time I wrote on here I was pleading for you not to leave your web-site and THANK GOD you are smart enough not to let ignorance tear you down. Anywho, Well last time my comment was about you not leaving because I love your wardrobe and how when I loose my weight I was gonna be Fancy as you are 🙂 Well come to find out I was gaining so much weight because I was pregnant, I did'nt find out until 4 months later & to mk a long story short I had him but he passed away @ 6 months :…(. LOVELY LOVELY site! So beautiful & positive. I can't say enough how great it is to see an encouraging, beautiful lady talking about and sharing great things with the world. Keep it up!
I LOVE that cardigan. The weather is finally starting to break and I need some laying pieces like the one shown in your pictures. And can I say you have a bag for every occasion in every color!? You give me so much inspiration for future outfits…
I used to be the queen of black & grey, especially in the winter. But since reading your blog, I've become so fascinated with finding great prints and color to make my outfits more fun and vibrant.
Your hair always looks good, but WOW your hair looks GOOD!
God Bless,
Grace
Cute as always…*rolling my eyes* LOL
I experienced the same thing. When my dad passed 2 years ago, it was like family was coming out of the woodworks, telling me what they need!!! Let's say…it was crazy and to this day I honestly do not speak with a lot of those family members. Not because I don't want to, but because they chose not to. I donated a lot of funds to charities and the family didn't like that much. But it wasn't about them, it was about what my dad wanted.
Love the outfit Tanya! You are always so chic and stylish…And love the message today as well. I think we all may have experienced how money can come between relationships. And its just sad. However, when money afftects relationships negatively you know that you just have to distance yourself from that situation.
Many Blessings!!!
beautiful silk cardigan!
First – let me send prayer/hugs and true compassion out to the young lady who posted about the loss of her child.
Second- the colors of the outfit & the background are just lovely.
Third- About $, I am more focused on being a good steward and creating "experiences" rather than having things. After being a shopaholic I realized that I got a temporary rush from the buying but it wasn't until I really focused on what was wrong in my life that I got the differences between having nice things and having "wholeness".
I love those color of those shoes
Amen!!!! miss ya!

I can't wait to wear bright colors, here in Paris it's still raining and raining, spring is pending…
Please preach! I never have and never will understand why people do not understand that money will come, and then it will go. The greatest thing in life is love (of God, self, family, freinds, etc)…the love of people who will help you do better and be the best you. SMH. People will always be people.
Have a blessed weekend.

Money is definitely the Root of All Evil and until people can understand that it does not create Happiness it is inevitable that they learn the Hard Way, I strongly suggest it not be you! Materials only last for so long but family is forever! Smooches
