Salmon- Season with lemon pepper, old bay, pepper and sea salt. I let it sit for a couple hours after I season. I also take a brush and put butter on it after it is thoroughly cooked for presentation as well as taste. Fish tends to look dry when you cook it so this helps. It melts over the fish and gives a shiny looking texture.

Asparagus- Sprinkle balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper…mix.

Rice- cook as much as desired. I always add real butter and sea salt to my rice.

Cook everything on the grill. I melt butter, teriyaki sauce and Korean bb-q sauce in a bowl and brush on as desired. Not everyone in my family likes it so I leave it at the table for whoever does.
