Most mornings for breakfast I will either have vegetables and fruit juiced, egg whites with spinach or greek yogurt.
I love fresh berries, mangos and bananas with my yogurt. Blueberries are filled with antioxidant, low in calorie and high in fiber which is great for your skin. They say strawberries are good for your hormones. I eat it with a plain greek yogurt that only has 5 carbs per serving. When you buy the individual packages of greek yogurt take a peak on the back at the carbs, it’ll be from 17-40 per serving. This is why I stick to this one. You can find it at Sprouts. If it’s a little bitter, drizzle a little honey on top. Finally add that fabulous granola from Skinny-Rules.com (I also throw in my flax seeds that I take daily) and you are set with a low carb breakfast!
