My husband loves chicken philly sandwiches so you know I had to try to recreate it for him. Here’s what we came up with together. It was simple and easy.
What you’ll need:
Chicken breast seasoned well and sliced, avocados, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, cheese and onions.
Slice the onion thinly and add to the chicken. Cook the chicken, grill the bun and add cheese tomatoes, lettuce and avocado. Or you can put your chicken on top of the pan and sprinkle cheese on top until it’s melted, add bun on top to warm it up, us the plate to flip it. Then add lettuce, tomato and avocado to your liking. Wrap in foil (to keep it together), cut in half, serve with chips or smothered potatoes (requested by my family) and you are all done! Enjoy!
