I have realized that there are more not so nice than kind people in this world and I don’t think that I’ll ever get use to it. When you are kind and trying to be on the right track, you will be attacked from time to time. You can’t avoid it. The other day an acquaintance brought someone up that did something malicious to me. I know they may not have meant to bring it up, but it’s annoying and I hate to discuss those type of people. If you are my friend you know that. I might discuss the incident when it first happens, but then I completely move on. I don’t exchange views on people in my past that are out of my life. I don’t even want to bring them up. It puts your mind in a bad/sad place. But… that’s impossible so I’ve come up with a remedy that helps me get pass those moments. It also makes me feel better when someone ses or does something that makes me upset. That way I won’t change my energy or mood towards others that had nothing to do with what’s going on with me.
First I say ” I don’t want to discuss that person.” Then I send them light, success, and love then I move on. They say you get what you put out so I never wish bad upon anyone no matter what. I also have a mantra I use when someone is mean or something isn’t going right in my day. It’s “no weapon formed against me shall prosper.” Some days I say it ten times and other days it’s twice but when I do say it I instantly feel better. Say it as many times as you need. Say it and move on.
Coming up with a mantra will uplift you when you are feeling down. We must address our dilemma’s and move on. Don’t let anything or anyone change your energy. Don’t give them the power over you, plus we need to be smiling and on point because we never know what the day may bring. You have to always be a light even when you don’t feel that way on the inside. That’s why saying the mantra in your head, helps you work on the inside. Our mind is very powerful so that’s why we must train it.
You can be anything you really want to be. What I know for sure is the number one rule that keeps things working out no matter what is when you share kindness. Pay attention to what impact you are making in the world. That in it self will make you feel better knowing that great things will always come no matter how bad they may get or seem. xoxo
