No matter what is said about you or done to you, use it as a testimony to help others in their time of need because no ones life is perfect. That’s why I pray everyday because I want to be used by God to help others.

My friend and I were talking about how people use drugs, liquor, medicine, put down others, gossip (because if you talk about someone’s else’s problems you can take the focus off of yourself) to run  from their pain. It’s best to just dwell in your pain and accept the wound inside so you can move past it. When you run from your pain no matter what, it’ll always be there. When you are scared about something completely different you will always blame it on something that hurt you in your past. That’s why it’s important to face our pain head on and take it one day at a time. When we dwell in our pain and get though it, our minds began to get clear and open so that we can invite all the new possibilities that are soon to come. But there are a few steps that we must take. First surround yourself with people who know you,  feel you, will not judge you and will speak life into you. If you don’t have anyone like this pray for it. Know that it will pass and that it’s happening to teach you something for the next phase in your life. Get into Gods presence daily and you will feel joy! He will give tranquility and hope. Wake up everyday, pray and give him all of your problems. You will instantly feel better. Read your bible. It is a must. It is the road map to our lives. I was always spiritual since a young child because of my grandma. When I was lonely my grandma would say God is with you and I would literally feel like I wasn’t alone. With that being said at times you will get anxious. I get fearful when a huge decision has to be made or something’s going on that I have no control over, but when I buckle down talk to God and pray for direction he never fails me. What you see in me is all Him. I can’t take any credit and still a work in progress, but you have to want better for yourself. Then the miracles will begin to flow, He will make people you don’t even know bless you, you will find perfect locations to live, new  friends to pray for you and cover you, the perfect job will suddenly appear, the perfect business partner will find you, it’s just so amazing that I can’t put it into words. It’s a peace that surpasses the understanding so you have to follow Him and trust Him. He is the only way.

Finally, I know He wants the best for me and I want the best for myself, so I tell him what I want, work on it and he brings it into fruition. He knows my dreams but he also wants to protect me so He does things on His timing not mines. That’s why we have to believe and have patience. He is our Father. Never forget that. Dwell in Him and He will give you peace and prosperity! Life will never be perfect, but when you trust in God you can get through anything that life throws at you while still helping others and with a smile on your face.

Tip of the Day: Be around people who add value into your life. Don’t let your mind define your experiences. Trust God will heal your heart so that you can have peace.

  3. You better preach Tanya! Words can not express how grateful I am to have read this inspirational post! I needed this so much! This restored my faith and canceled any doubts I may have had. Everything you spoke of I’m going through at this very moment. I know God will work it out as he always does. Love this post! May God Bless you and your family.

  4. WOW, this is so on time! Facing your pain and fear head-on is a difficult thing to do for many people. It’s easier to numb the pain then to deal with it. However, it’s very necessary in order to heal and move on. Fear is what holds us back from staring the source of our pain in the face. I’m loving the outfit, those shoes are gorgeous and the vest is really cute!
