Wore this to my daughters game the other day.

The year is almost over and I can’t believe how time is flying. Everyday I wake up constantly evaluating my life, first thinking how grateful I am, how blessed I am to wake up and what’s the goal of the day, but no matter how positive you can be life is life. It’s funny how sometimes things will deter us and we start on a negative downhill spiral. Something might not go right, you might forget you phone or there might be a lot of traffic and you are running late. Whatever the case may be,  find a mantra or something to listen to so you can bring yourself back and out of that space. This is so necessary because if we don’t change  our thoughts the tone of our day will be negative. This happened to me the other day and I had to take a couple deep breaths and focus on all the beautiful things around me. This is why I appreciate the stars, the ocean, the butterflies that follow me, my daughters and my family.  These things instantly bring me back to the present. You have to believe that in order to get through anything in life from the smallest to the biggest,  you have to be  present. A lot of beautiful  things are around you too, you just have to be aware and be thankful… for it all good and bad.  Trust me some days are hard but keep breathing, keep your eyes open,  keep smiling and the most important of it all, trust. xoxo nothing like sharing a bottle of wine with someone you love…choices…
