Last week was full of fun with my baby girl (my older baby is still in Africa) for her spring break. She’s out of school this week as well so I’ll be going on more adventures and probably won’t have time to take pics. I’ll still try and update you guys with something interesting to keep your eyes intrigued:). I might do a product review. What do you think?

Lately I’ve been hooked on paninis and came up with the best ingredient’s that fit’s my taste. This will be my spring meal at least twice a week for lunch. Ok once a week:)

  Here’s what you’ll need:

Sourdough bread (apply olive oil on both sides)

Tomatoes (cut them and roast with salt and pepper)

Provolone cheese

Homemade pesto (almonds, basil and olive oil blended)

Hope you enjoy!

Wearing: Betsy Johnson dress, Guess cardi, LV bag.

Sorry so blurry, my baby said I had to show you guys this dress so she snapped a quick shot:)

  1. Tanya,

You know I love a new recipe, or anything I can try in my kitchen. A panini press is probably the last gadget I have yet to buy. I created (well sort of) my own panini press by using my George Foreman Grill. lol. I love that you made you own pesto!

    Have a wonderful week!

    God bless,
    Grace 🙂

  2. Caprese>>> YUM! I have two basil plants because I got hooked on the sandwiches last summer. That looks great! Hmm, I just got a new grill pan too!

Hope you and your family had a great resurrection holiday weekend. Have a great week.

  3. That panini looks so good!! I am going to make this tomorrow! lol

And your baby was right, you did need a quick pic of that dress. How else will I know what to add to my list?? It's lovely!
