img_9166My new favorite way to eat shrimp is to butterfly them. The pictures pretty much speak for themselves. Cut all the way through right before it seems like you are about to split it. I clean out anything I see black, vein-y or slimy. Then all I do is add Himalayan Pink Salt and Pepper. Then I turn the pot on high, add butter and lay them down meat facing the grill. Then after they’re done while still on the fire I squeeze lemon on top. That’s it. I can eat like ten of these. I sometimes make it with a baked potato and a salad or just plain, it’s up to you.
