Have you ever almost finished a drawing, almost called a friend to say I miss you, almost had the perfect relationship, almost accomplished your dreams? Today I woke up feeling like almost isn’t good enough and it’s a place where a lot of us get stuck. We all have dreams and things we want to do, but we almost always never finish what we start. How can we expect anything from anyone when we won’t even give ourselves the satisfaction to pursue our own dreams, live our life the way we want to, or even just chase our own happiness no matter the cost.
Whatever it is that gives you light, chase it. If it makes you smile, do it. Want to go somewhere, book the trip. The only thing that stops us from doing anything is failure and I’m over it. I’m not afraid to fail anymore because at least I know I tried to do something to further my happiness and I followed my heart. Besides when you follow your heart even if you fail your still on the right path…
Tip of the day: Do whatever it takes to keep your light shinning.

I have been following your blog for yearssss but for the 2 years or so, I’ve been so busy raising my kids that I haven’t had a chance to check out fashion blogs like I used too. I recently logged onto my bloglovin account and I am so glad I did. First off…you’re DOPE! Your style is amazing and you’re so pretty. But more imporantly, you’re such an inspiration. I’ve been in such a rut lately. Feeling like I can’t accomplish what I would like because I am busy raising my kids (2yr old, 3yr old, and 7 yr old). I look a mess, feel a mess but this post was so inpirational. Keep doing you’re thing because trust me, you touch many lives!!! Anyways, I won’t write an essay….I’ll go back to stalking your page.
