quick and healthy recipe

Eating healthy has recently been a struggle for me due to the inconvenience. After my workout, I always work up an appetite so I’m constantly looking for quick dishes to prepare and regardless of all that I’m always hungry.  I have to find creative yet healthy ways to stay full. I came up with this recipe and I live by it. I can even store this in a container for a couple of days, warm it up and it taste just as good. All you have to do is mix together zucchini, onions, bell pepper, spinach and cheese. This particular day I threw in left over ground turkey, but it tastes just as good without it! Enjoy!
