IMG_6939For the past week I’m been fasting with my dad and little brothers. I chose three things not to eat  and you never know how much you love something until you can’t have it. So I decided to try a different style pizza and let me tell you… it was sooooo good! I made different pizzas so you can have options. It took time but it was worth it.

Here’s what you’ll need for the crust. The toppings are easy.

  1. Cauliflower Head
  2. 1/4 Parmesan Cheese (add a little mozzarella too)
  3. 1/2 Teaspoon of salt
  4. 1/4 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  5. Two Eggs slightly beaten
  6. Pepper to taste

I added a little of paprika for color and a smoky flavor. The only thing I wish I would have done was lay the crust on top of parchment paper. Other than that it was simple and tasty. IMG_6956Boil the cauliflower, strain it in a cloth or however you’d like and then pulse in a blender.IMG_6960Mix in all the ingredientsIMG_6962Lay it out on you pan. Use your hands to press it out. IMG_6964Preheat your oven to 400F. Then bake for 25-35 min. It depends on the thickness of your crust. Use your expertise.IMG_6966On the first pizza I made it simple. I used mariana sauce…IMG_6970then added fresh mozzarella cheese.IMG_6978On the next pizza I went with my one of my favorites, BBQ Chicken Pizza but added mushrooms and pinapples. IMG_6989BBQ Sauce..IMG_6994Mozzerella Cheese and mushroomsIMG_6945 IMG_6996then add chicken, pineapples, cilantro and sprinkle a little fresh black pepper on top.IMG_6998 IMG_7002While I was waiting I made a quick cocktail with Bailey’s and a shot of xo Hennessy and a touch of cinnamon.IMG_7006 IMG_7007 IMG_7014 IMG_7018 IMG_7022IMG_7026All done! Hope you guys enjoyed this post. Working on a fashion post now for tomorrow. xoxo
