I thought the same thing until recently. I use to get nervous because I always wanted to make sure I was not to over dressed or under dressed. Then I got over it and decided not to care no matter what the case was. You have to just do whatever makes you happy and comfortable.  Even if it means pulling out your best dress for a simple party. 

For some reason I have a lot of red dresses. I guess we can call it little red dress. They look good on my complexion and red is a really festive color for fall/winter. I plan on wearing this to my clients party, an evening wedding and a fancy dinner out of the country hopefully. Karen Millen designs are so timeless and has such a  great fit.
