Haven’t had the time to take photos this week due to my babies starting school so how about I show you one of my favorite 20 minute meals. I know this site is about wisdom and fashion but a girls gotta eat right…

Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:
  • Shrimp (peeled and de-veined)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pack of Lawry’s Taco seasoning
  • Corn tortillas
  • Tomato’s
  • Cilantro
  • Lettuce
  • Vegetable oil
  • Butter
  • Shredded cheese
Steps:
Cut up your veggies and have them ready.
Next take peeled and de-veined shrimp and season with 1/4 of Lawry’s taco seasoning packet and salt and pepper to taste.
Warm up a skillet on medium heat with about a teaspoon of vegetable oil and the same amount of butter.
Saute until cooked. This should take about 5 to 6 minutes because shrimp cook fairly quick.
Take a small pan for sauteing and pour a fair amount of oil in it. Then begin to fry your corn tortillas. As it gets a little crunchy fold in half and let brown. Turn and continue on the other side if needed.
When finished, put on a plate with paper towels on top to drain the excess oil.
Finally, add your shrimp to the taco shell, then add cheese, then add lettuce, cilantro and tomatoes and there you have it!  Homemade SHRIMP Tacos.
 Hope you enjoy!
