~~ Lobster Stuffed Baked Potato ~~

I’m always trying to come up with new things to make for my family. I was feeling creative and made this up. I call it Lobster Stuffed Baked Potato.
crab cake benedict

Crab cake benedict is one of my favorite meals. I recreated my version of the recipe from the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. I tried to make the hollandaise sauce from scratch, but I still need to perfect it. Hollandaise recipe here. I made it the way I prefer but you’re free to change it around. So […]
scallop salad

Slice in half diagonally and season scallops with salt and pepper Grill with butter and garlic… Lastly use spinach, raspberries, grapes and tomatoes in your salad. Top with grilled scallops. I love to use my favorite rich poppy seed dressing by Brianna’s. Enjoy!
same recipe but different

family and food

My husband and I love Crustacean’s Restaurant. We eat there way to much. So the other night he brought dungeness crab home and you know I had to try and replicate our favorite dish. So I googled the recipe and well, it made the cut. I’m making it again this weekend. I’m so excited to […]
creature of habit…

turkey bacon wrapped in chicken… easy… baked salmon with my glaze sauce seen in previous post… Easy for a creature of habit. For vegetables I make either salad, asparagus, broccoli, spinach or green beans. These are the only things that my family likes. For meats/seafood I buy salmon, chicken, ground turkey, sea bass, shrimp or […]
“how can someone live their life trying to be someone else and face themselves” Tanya…

I’m trying to ease them into eating them a healthier way. I used gold potatoes this time and they were great! Trying red potatoes next. And here it is! All […]

Salmon salad… Shrimp salad… Been eating out all week. The couple times I did eat at home, I had salad. I’m making a Belizean dish for you next week. Have a great weekend.
dinner for 2

Mixed greens, avocado, yellow and red tomatoes, Asian pears. Pan fry your sea bass with a little olive oil, season to taste. Put fish in the oven while you prepare the sauce. Ciabatta bread is so good and works well with this dish. We placed a couple pieces in the oven as well to warm […]
